It is best to sit at the bar as the prep station is the main event but you don't want to offend the chef. To gain the full experience from sushi it should be eaten in a particular order as the human palette is extremely sensitive.
Sushi is good for you but restricting yourself to a ton of deep fried rolls is not. Try new items, what's the worst that could happen........you won't like it?
